(Contact details listed below) Your role will include: Mobile role working with clients in their most comfortable home environments See clients no further than within a 25 minute radius from your home location Work from home or from their office space located in Coburg when not seeing clients to complete report writing and attend team meetings Choose from home care packages, adults/paediatric NDIS or TAC caseload tailored to your speciality and clinical interest area Achieve a billable target of no more than 4-5 hours per day (includes report writing, face to face and travel) How you will be supported: Receive in-house mentoring and external mentoring in specialised clinical areas Weekly or ad-hoc supervision based on your comfortability and experience level Administration team to send out reports and manage appointments Team meetings once per month to discuss complex cases and learning points Annual PD allowance of $1000 and the option for extra PD to help in growing your skills Why this role: Salary of $80,000 - $115,000 super (based on experience) Flexible working structure of shorter working hours and negotiable working days Rewarding bonus structure for exceeding your billable target of 4-5 hours per day Cross discipline working opportunities with Physiotherapists Achievable and reasonable billable expectations Report writing and travel is paid and included as billable hours Work from home flexibility as desired Travel allowance for any offsite work Minimal travel between clients - referrals are close to your home location Varied or specialised caseload based on the preferences of each individual therapist Team Culture: This team and their management takes pride in creating a comfortable, strong team culture with a great reputation in the industry including being nominated in "best places to work".
